The maximum amount of Points that can be earned daily is 100 Points per account. After which, NO point can be collected further on the same day.

All Points earned will be EXPIRED at the end of the account expiration.

4.

Points are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or converted.

5.

Ezhishi Portal reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

1.

Redemption is to make upon login www.ezhishi.net, with the unique user ID and password. Once redemption request has been submitted, NO changes can be made.

2.

The list of Rewards Prizes and the number of Points required for Redemption shall be determined by Ezhishi at its sole discretion and will be made available on the Programme Website.

3.

The points used for prize redemption will be deducted from the user's total points available for redemption, and the remaining points (if any) will be accumulated for further available redemption. The point deduction of the prizes that have been redeemed will not affect the user's ranking.

4.

Redemption criteria, redemption rules, and prizes for redemption are subject to changes, please refer to the portal for any updates.

5.

Item image may be different than actual product received due to differences in monitors, colours of products may also appear different to those shown on the site. Ezhishi reserve the right to change item images and specifications at any time without further notice.

Upon successful redemption submission being done online, all the redemption item shall be delivered ONLY to the pupil's school, within 20 working days (EXCEPT school holidays, HBL and school exam period). If the redemption is being done during school holiday, HBL and/or public holidays, they are not counted as working day and the item will be received only after the school re-open.

2.

Overseas school, family subscription users, temporary accounts will not be able to participate in this programme due to logistic of distribution issue.

3.

If by any chance, the redemption item is not received after the 20 working days upon successfully redemption submission (exclude school holiday and examination periods), please call our customer service hotline at 67427555 or email service@ecombay.com or WhatsApp 90126012.

The deadline for the redemption of prizes for the eZhishi Reward for 2024 is 27 December 2024 3:00 pm.

2.

The deadline for the redemption request for redemption item(s) to be send to school is 25 October 2024 8:00pm.

3.

Redemption between 25 October 2024 8:00pm to 27 December 2024 3:00pm, can be requested via email service@ecombay.com. Please indicate:
(1) Student Name, School and Class
(2) Student eZhishi Login ID
(3) Item(s) wish to redeem (subject to availability)
(4) Date and time to drop by (Office Hour) (Please request at least one working day earlier before collection).
(5) Print screen of available redemption points.
The item(s) have to be collected in our main office by making appointment and with the valid student card.

All collection MUST be done by 27 December 2024 3:00pm.

5.

All eZhishi Reward Points earned will be EXPIRED at 23:59 pm 27 December 2024. Any unused points or uncollected prize will be forfeited without further extension.
