| (1) Etutor Rewards Rules & Regulations |
| Activity Object: Program Participants: Ezhishi.net susbcribers (exclude overseas subscribers, temporary accounts users, and non-participating school subscribers.) |
| Redemption points: Users who meet the conditions of the Etutor rewards points accumulation. |
| Integration period: The validity period of the user account that meets the integration conditions. |
| (2) Etutor Rewards Points Accumulation Rules |

| 1. | Please refer to "Etutor Rewards Points Rules" for more details. |
| 2. | The maximum amount of Points that can be earned daily is 100 Points per account. After which, NO point can be collected further on the same day. |
| 3. | All Points earned will be EXPIRED at the end of the account expiration. |
| 4. | Points are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or converted. |
| 5. | Ezhishi Portal reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. |
| (3) Etutor Reward Redemption |
|
| 1. | Redemption is to make upon login www.ezhishi.net, with the unique user ID and password. Once redemption request has been submitted, NO changes can be made. |
| 2. | The list of Rewards Prizes and the number of Points required for Redemption shall be determined by Ezhishi at its sole discretion and will be made available on the Programme Website. |
| 3. | The points used for prize redemption will be deducted from the user's total points available for redemption, and the remaining points (if any) will be accumulated for further available redemption. The point deduction of the prizes that have been redeemed will not affect the user's ranking. |
| 4. | Redemption criteria, redemption rules, and prizes for redemption are subject to changes, please refer to the portal for any updates. |
| 5. | Item image may be different than actual product received due to differences in monitors, colours of products may also appear different to those shown on the site. Ezhishi reserve the right to change item images and specifications at any time without further notice. |
| (4) DISTRIBUTION OF THE REDEMPTION ITEM(S) |

| 1. | Upon successful redemption submission being done online, all the redemption item shall be delivered ONLY to the pupil's school, within 14 working days (EXCEPT school holidays AND school exam period). If the redemption is being done during school holiday and/or public holidays, they are not counted as working day and the item will be received only after the school re-open. |
| 2. | Overseas school, family subscription users, temporary accounts will not be able to participate in this programme due to logistic of distribution issue. |
| 3. | If by any chance, the redemption item is not received after the 14 working days after successfully redemption submission, please call our customer service hotline at 67427555 or email service@ecombay.com. |
| (5) SCHOOL SUBSCRIBERS REDEMPTION FOR THE YEAR OF 2020 |
|
| 1. | The deadline for the redemption of prizes for the Etutor Reward for 2020 is 30 December 2020 17:00 pm. |
| 2. | The deadline for the redemption request for redemption item(s) to be send to school is 16 October 2020 8:00pm. |
| 3. | Redemption between 16 October 2020 8:00pm to 30 December 2020 5:00pm, can be requested via email service@ecombay.com. The item(s) have to be collected in our main office by making appointment and with the valid student card. |
| 4. | All collection MUST be done by 30 December 2020 5:00pm. |
| 5. | All Etutor Reward Points earned will be EXPIRED at 24:00 pm 30 December 2020. Any unused points or uncollected prize will be forfeited without further extension. |
| (6) SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY |

| To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, we do not make any warranty or representation on any product or service offered as Rewards and/or Prizes and do not accept any liability in respect of such Rewards and/or Prizes. | |
| ETUTOR shall not be liable for any claim arising from or relating to the Rewards and/or Prizes and/or the Redemption process. | |
| After Redemption, Rewards and/or Prizes may not be exchanged for cash and/or Points and/or any other Reward, Prize or item. Refunds for and/or replacements of Rewards and/or Prizes will not be entertained. | |
| (7) MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION OF ETUTOR REWARDS PROGRAM |
|
| ETUTOR Rewards Programme is a free and voluntary participation activity meant to encourages students to actively engage in e-learning. It is not part of the subscription package. The activities are not open to all schools. Ezhishi.net may at our absolute and sole discretion, and without prior notice, cancel, modify, suspend or terminate the ETUTOR Rewards Programme at any time. The final interpretation right of ETUTOR Rewards Programme belongs to Ezhishi.net. |
